
Schedule Slots will have a red border around them if there is a difference of more than 15 minutes between the Start Time and the Check-In Time, or between the End Time and the Check-Out Time.You will need to assign staff to these schedules and approve them in order for those staff to perform Check-In and Check-Out.


EVV DASHBOARD UPDATE
If any schedule has incorrect Check-In/Check-Out information, you will be able to edit the schedule and update the Check-In/Check-Out information. Schedules for which both Check-In and Check-Out have been completed will appear green on the grid.

However, if you skip both the program and individual selections, you will need to select the Schedule Type on the Select Staff page. You may also skip the selections on the lists by clicking on the Skip button. You will be able to make up to 50 selections on each of these lists.

You may refer to the following steps in order to access the scheduling grid. The version on the Individual tab is just for the individuals that are in the user's caseload, whereas the version on the Agency tab is for all the individuals in the agency for whom Scheduling/EVV is being used. The scheduling grid may be accessed from both the Agency and Individual tabs. Users will also be able to open the Schedule Slots and view the Check-In/Check-Out information for the staff, and update incorrect information if necessary. Users will be able to view schedules from the scheduling grid and check their statuses using the color codes assigned to them. Users will be able to use the resources mentioned in this guide in order to monitor and keep track of the schedules and EVV for their agency, and update information pertaining to these schedules if and when necessary.
